I’m Siobhan Timoney-Clarke a qualified Personal Trainer, wife and mother who is eager to share my passion for health and fitness with you. Making fitness accessible to all is my goal. I understand that having a family and juggling what life throws at you can sometimes make it difficult to get or stay in shape. I want to show everyone how a healthy lifestyle can fit seamlessly into their day to day. If you want to step outside your comfort zone and make a positive life changing decision through mindset changes then you’ve come to the right place.

Step Aerobics with a full body workout, an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular fitness while focusing on your lower body muscles and is a very enjoyable workout in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
